While staying at the cave Lodge we did a whitewater kayaking trip down the Khong and Pai rivers.
it was great fun and I only tipped twice.
The first time happened because I decided to find the biggest waves in the rapid… they were a little too big for me.
The second time everyone tipped at the exact same spot (the Hin Mong rapid).
Hin Mong is basically a big hole that is almost unavoidable (especially when told to follow the guides and they go straight for it). once in the hole you are surrounded by water, and quickly you get spun around and flipped… oh well no big deal.
