i haven’t actually heard that much on the issue of net neutrality – i haven’t experienced any problems, anyways. where exactly is this happening?

It is not yet supposed to be happening yet, but the telcos and big ISPs are pushing to remove or degrade net neutrality laws. This is happening in Canada, the US, and maybe other countries as well
